IconArt

Having the lightest toolbox possible is a good thing, I think. I only use Dreamweaver, Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI, XAMPP for maintaining WordPress locally, NotePad (of course) and ... this smart little bugger: IconArt. I especially like this feature: Extract icons from .exe and .dll files. Just a tip.
