I love your template, but am trying to solve a problem. When there is content such as technorati, blogroll, etc. in a sidebar, and that third party service is having problems or is down, it prevents the main content of my site from loading.

Is their a way to have the page load in a sequence of header, content, right sidebar (where the technorati and blogroll are located), left sidebar - to allow the page to load, even if it "hangs" on the problem code, which loads last?

I made a clean start with your 3-column minima black template, but the main body is stuck below the sidebars, just like you said. I tried changing it to fixed through your instructions, and it started working in IE, but it still displays wrong in Firefox...I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

True, you are using

#header, #main, #rightbar, #leftbar {
border-left: 1px solid #9ad;
border-top: 1px solid #9ad;
border-right: 1px solid #024;
border-bottom: 1px solid #024;
}

But right after that, there is this style:

#header {
margin:0 10px 10px;
border: 1px solid #024;
text-align: left;
}

See? There is another border definition, overriding the ones above. So delete that line ...

#header {
margin:0 10px 10px;
text-align: left;
}

I removed the 'home' 'previous posting' code and it's all working now. Now is there a way to have a home, nex, and previous posting breadcrumb at the top of each ItemPage?
