IconArt

Having the lightest toolbox possible is a good thing, I think.
I only use Dreamweaver, Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI, XAMPP for maintaining WordPress locally, NotePad (of course) and ... this smart little bugger: IconArt.

I especially like this feature: Extract icons from .exe and .dll files.

Just a tip.

Cool icon tool.

I used Gimp for most of my blog graphics. Mspaint is too basic and photoshop too expensive. Nevertheless, Gimp has some ghastly, frustrating bugs that take a lot of time to work around.
