After spending some time on the Blogger Forum today, I decided to publish another 3-column-layout Blogger template. Disadvantage: you have to alter a top when NOT using the Blogger Navbar. Besides that they, the vertical columns, are brightened with Z-INDEX (f.l.t.r.: 1,2, 3). This way Big Picture will not destroy the layout! (Only disturb the peace!)#leftbar, #rightbar { top: 125px; top: 175px; <!-- to be deleted when no Blogger Navbar is used --> } That's basically it! And yes, it looks kinda familiar. To me :-) On my links page it is filed under 'previous layouts': ![]() So it is recycling, in a way :-) |

thank you so much! i have just added your masterpiece of coding as my new template. you rule.
hey thur i want to ask you a question if i may, if i want the sidebar titles and in your new 3 columns blogger template(white-silver) to look like the ones in http://www.xs4all.nl/%7Ethrbr/tmp/ what do i have to do to make that change?
oh, i saw the source code of that template and i fgured it out myself. but thanks for making all this great templates, when i finish am gonna send you the link.
well Job. Keep it up. i also changed my blog temlate. Hope to next time to meet new template. ;)
I have just added your template over at Exploring Niche Websites, my Niche Marketing blog.
I actually managed to break it!
If you have a long description for your blog, it really messes up the borders.
Once I have my tweaking sorted out you will be linked in the sidebar under "Blogger Template" anchor text I suppose, unless you prefer something else.
I am going to carry on tweaking tomorrow, as all I have done so far is cut/paste, and shortened the title.
Thanks for an almost unbreakable 3 column template.
Andy
I would like to thank you for the most awesome three columned blog template. I had been searching all over until I found your great design. It was the perfect fit for my own blog.
I am going to tell all my friends and family to try yours out. :o)

Hi
Thank you very much for providing these templates. I have been looking for a nice neat three column template for a while. I was disappointed with the previous one I used, but now Webologist, Tranquillizer and Burgermeister all look so much better!
I have placed a little acknowledgement on each blog to thank you for the great service your provide to the blogging community.
Cheers,
Jon.

How to use these templates in BETA Blogger
Hi
Still using these great templates - but I have one small problem. The box around the comments overlaps the right edge of the page / right sidebar.
I have looked at the CSS etc. but just cannot get it to move. I may have screwed something up, as I have changed a few things....
Any idea what is wrong?

You must add a separate #MAIN MARGIN-RIGHT:
not
#main {
padding: 10px 0px;
margin: 0px 180px;
border: 0px solid #000;
}
but
#main {
padding: 10px 0px;
margin: 0px 320px 0px 180px;
border: 0px solid #000;
}
(Would still be nice if you could add a credit on your pages somewhere!)
Good work man! Thanks for this 3-column blogger.
I can't seem to use any of these templates.
Each time I try to preview or save I get an error saing that either a varible isn't closed or that it's written in prolog??
